Project Management for Service – 2 Day Program

This program covers the different types of focus that service projects require. We’ll use group discussion, small teamwork sessions, role-playing, problem-solving sessions, and competitions to help all participants better understand some proven ways to do their job better, faster, and with more focus on the end user.
